You need access to a Plausible dashboard, either through a Stats API key or a share link. Tracksible has no separate app account or Apple sign-in. If a client or teammate sends you a share link, you can connect directly.

No. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase for unlimited sites, every supported date range, and home screen widgets. The app store shows the current price in your local currency before you pay. A separate Plausible plan may be required for your chosen connection.
Yes. Use the same Apple App Store or Google Play account that bought Pro. Open Settings and tap Restore purchase, or choose Restore purchases on the upgrade screen. No Tracksible login is needed. This recovers purchase access, not your saved websites or API keys. Purchases are store-specific and do not automatically transfer between iOS and Android.
Check that your device is using the store account that originally purchased Pro, and that you are restoring on the same platform. Check your internet connection and try Restore purchase in Settings again. If the app reports no purchase found or a store error, contact support with your platform and the error message. Do not send your store password, API key, or private dashboard link.
