Tracksible stores connection details on the device and requests stats from the Plausible instance you configure. There is no Tracksible login account. This article restates the published policies. If a detail is missing here, the policy wins.
This article also reflects Tracksible source behaviour reviewed on 14 September 2026.
There is no Tracksible account to delete
Tracksible does not offer Sign in with Apple and does not create a Tracksible login. Restore is a store-account restore after you buy Pro, not a password reset.
You can remove saved sites in the app. For purchase-related or support records Webjuice may hold, use delete your data. Removing the app does not delete your Plausible account.
What stays on the phone
The app stores the instance address, API key, site domains and names, share links, display settings and selected preferences on the device. It caches recent visitor counts, comparisons and chart data for home screen widgets.
Insights are calculated locally from retrieved statistics. Events stay on the Plausible instance.
Where requests go
To show the dashboard, the app sends requests directly to the Plausible instance you configure. That server receives the credentials, site domain, date ranges, filters, and ordinary network information such as your IP address.
Site icons are loaded from Google’s favicon service. Google receives the requested domain and ordinary network information. This article does not expand that beyond the privacy policy.
Widgets copy credentials on iOS
On iOS, the app copies the instance address and the API key or share-link token into storage shared with the widget extension so the widget can fetch statistics. On Android, the widget receives prepared statistics from the app.
Widgets require Pro. Copying credentials for the extension is still on-device storage, not a Tracksible cloud account.
Purchases, support email and this website
Apple or Google handles payments. RevenueCat receives what it needs to validate and restore purchases. Support email to Webjuice is ordinary correspondence.
This website’s measurement, including the first-party tracksible_consent cookie kept for up to 182 days, is described in the privacy policy. Do not take retention figures from this article except that cookie duration.
Read the privacy policy, terms and about pages rather than treating this guide as a second policy.
Independence from Plausible Insights OÜ
Tracksible is an independent companion by Webjuice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Plausible Insights OÜ. Self-hosted users still run their own instance; see the self-hosted Plausible page.
