1. Remove local app data
Remove saved sites or shared links from the app’s settings. If you used Apple sign-in, sign out. Remove home screen widgets if you no longer want their saved statistics displayed. Use your device’s app-storage controls or uninstall the app to clear remaining local data, and review any cloud or device backups separately.
Removing a site in the app does not delete the website’s analytics from Plausible.
2. Revoke dashboard access
Sign in to your Plausible dashboard to revoke an API key or shared link. Deleting a saved link on your phone does not revoke the original link, and anyone who still has it may retain access until you revoke it in Plausible.
To delete your Plausible account or its analytics data, contact your Plausible provider or self-hosted instance administrator.
3. Request deletion from Webjuice
Email hello@tracksible.com with the subject Tracksible data deletion request. Tell us whether you want to delete support correspondence, purchase-provider records, or records linked to optional Apple sign-in.
Include your platform and the email used to contact us. If necessary, we will explain how to identify the relevant purchase record securely. Do not send a password, API key, full card number, or dashboard share token.
The current app build does not complete account deletion automatically in-app. Contact us using this email route for assistance with the records we control.
4. What deletion means
After verifying your request, we will address personal records under our control and, where appropriate, request deletion from our processors. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, or document the request; we will explain any applicable exception.
Deleting purchase-provider records can affect access associated with those records. App store transaction records and statutory purchase rights are separate. Revoking Apple sign-in or deleting our records does not delete your Apple or Google account.
We respond within the time required by applicable data protection law and will explain if an extension or additional verification is necessary. See our privacy policy for your rights and contact details.
