1. Who is responsible

This notice covers the Tracksible mobile app and website.
Webjuice is the controller for personal information it processes to provide app support, administer purchase access, and operate this website. Your chosen Plausible provider, Apple, Google, and other providers may also act as controllers for their own services.
2. Information on your device
The app stores your instance address, API key, site domains and names, share links, display settings, and selected preferences on your device. It caches recent visitor counts, comparisons, and chart data for home screen widgets. On iOS, the app also copies the instance address and the API key or share-link token into storage shared with its widget extension so the widget can fetch statistics directly. On Android, the widget receives prepared statistics from the app; the app does not copy dashboard credentials into the Android widget storage.
The current app does not offer Sign in with Apple or create a separate Tracksible account. It does not request your name, email address, or Apple sign-in identifier through an app login. Older test builds may have left a sign-in identifier, name or email in local preferences or backups. Local storage and device backups are subject to your device’s security and backup settings; we do not claim that app preferences are a separate encrypted credential vault.
3. Analytics connections and favicons
To display your dashboard, the app sends requests directly to the Plausible instance you configure. Requests include the credentials, site domain, date ranges, and filters needed to fetch statistics. That server receives your IP address and request information. Use a provider and instance you trust.
Site icons are loaded from Google’s favicon service. Google receives the requested domain and ordinary network information such as the requesting IP address. The favicon request does not include your Plausible API key or share-link token. Google’s processing is described in its privacy policy.
The app does not forward your dashboard credentials or analytics to a Webjuice analytics server. Written traffic insights are calculated in the app from retrieved statistics; the app does not send them to an external AI service. We do not sell your dashboard data.
4. Purchases and restoring access
Apple or Google handles payments. RevenueCat receives an app user identifier, transaction and receipt information, entitlement status, and technical information needed to validate and restore purchases. A randomly generated app user ID may be created when the purchase SDK starts, even before you buy Pro.
The app uses a RevenueCat-generated app user ID rather than an Apple sign-in identity. This identifier and the purchase records are used to recognise Pro access; no app login is required. Restoring purchases asks the store and RevenueCat to check purchases associated with the store account currently used on your device and update Pro access. Webjuice can administer customer and entitlement records in RevenueCat; we do not receive your full card details.

5. Website, support, and shared links
This website uses Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Plausible Analytics. These services may process website interactions, device and browser information, network identifiers, and cookies or similar identifiers according to their configuration. Clarity provides session insights. Privacy preferences are saved in the first-party tracksible_consent cookie for up to 182 days and sent to Google Tag Manager; its container loads independently of your choice, and individual tags must be configured to respect these signals. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Fonts are hosted locally.
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website, including handling network requests and security information. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check submissions and Cloudflare Email Service to deliver your name, email address, optional phone number, topic, platform and message to Webjuice at hello@tracksible.com. The security check also sends your IP address and challenge response to Cloudflare for verification. We use the enquiry details to respond to you. Do not send API keys, passwords, or private share links.
If you send a dashboard invitation through a messaging app, your chosen messaging provider handles the message. Links containing a dashboard token grant access to that dashboard and should be treated as confidential. Current Tracksible invitations carry the shared dashboard link after the # character in the URL; that fragment is not sent in the HTTP request to our website. The invitation fallback page reads the link locally in your browser to display the site name and let you reopen the invitation in the app. It loads no analytics and does not send the fragment to an analytics service. Older invitations may carry the link in a query string, which can appear in hosting logs. The messaging provider and anyone receiving the full invitation may still see the shared link.
6. Why information is processed
- Providing the service and purchase access: processing necessary to perform our agreement with you, including validating or restoring Pro access and responding to service enquiries.
- Support and security: our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, investigating faults, preventing abuse, and keeping the website available, balanced against your rights.
- Optional website measurement: consent choices for analytics and session insights are sent to Google Tag Manager to control the configured tags. These website services are separate from the analytics you view inside the mobile app.
- Legal obligations: retaining records or responding to requests where the law requires it.
Where we rely on consent for a particular activity, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We do not use your data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
7. Retention and international processing
Local settings remain until removed or replaced, subject to your operating system and backups. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, provide related support, and meet any legal obligations or defend relevant claims. Purchase records may be kept while needed to recognise and restore access and meet transaction or legal requirements.
Service providers may process information outside the EEA. Where Webjuice transfers personal information to a processor in a country without an applicable adequacy decision, an appropriate transfer mechanism is required, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your records. Independently chosen services are also subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
8. Your rights and deletion
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@tracksible.com. We may ask for limited information to verify that a request relates to your records.
See Delete your data for the steps to remove app data and request deletion of records held by us or our purchase provider. Uninstalling the app alone does not erase Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or support records.
You may complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission or your local data protection authority. Our description of your rights follows the DPC’s transparency guidance.
9. Children and policy changes
The app is intended for adults reviewing website analytics and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
We may update this policy when the service or its processing changes. The date above identifies this version, and we will provide additional notice where required.
